Add exclusive acess on the website, similar to McFlys, great for birthdays or christmas presents and gets money from something rather than sales.
Idividualise the band members, im doing the slide on Harry. (get harrys look, abercrombie and fitch, nike, americam apparel)
Focus on the fan base they already have then slowly change as the fan base grows older.
